Good News, More Patients Recovering From COVID-19 In Palangka Raya

PALANGKA RAYA - Deputy Mayor of Palangka Raya, Umi Mastikah said that 30 COVID-19 patients in the capital of Central Kalimantan Province were declared cured so that the accumulation of people recovered from the coronavirus reached 6.647 people or 88.82 percent of the total positive cases.

Moreover, he continued, as reported by Antara, the Palangka Raya Task Force still recorded the addition of 78 positive cases of COVID-19 so that the accumulation of local residents who were positive for the virus reached 7.484 people.

Furthermore, based on data from the Palangka Raya COVID-19 Task Force in the "City of Beauty" area, there were 608 people who were positive and still undergoing treatment, or 8.12 percent of the total positive cases.

Of all the existing COVID-19 cases, 229 people in the capital city of Central Kalimantan province died after two additional cases of residents died due to exposure to COVID-19. Meanwhile, there are 1.234 people with suspected COVID-19 status.

The data was collected from all areas in Palangka Raya City covering five sub-districts covering 30 urban villages.
