Village Head Bingki Obaja Nang Evacuated To Bhayangkara Hospital, Shot By KKB Tendius Gwijangge In Paha

PAPUA - The head of Bingki village, Seradala district, Yahukimo Obaja Nang district who was the victim of the KKB shooting was evacuated to Jayapura to receive treatment for his gunshot wounds.

The Head of Public Relations of the Papua Police, Kombes Ahmad Kamal, explained that the victim Obaja Nang was previously reported to have died from gunshot wounds. However, today, Saturday, June 26, the person concerned has been evacuated to Jayapura.

"Obaja Nang's victim is being treated by paramedics at Bhayangkara Hospital," said Ahmad as quoted by Antara, Saturday, June 26.

Obaja's condition, who suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh, is reported to be stable. The brutal incident of the Papuan KKB also killed four civilians who were working to build people's houses.

The bodies of three of the four victims who were tortured to death by KKB led by Tendius Gwijangge have been evacuated to Merauke for burial.

The bodies of the victims who were evacuated to Merauke were Sudarto (45), Rufaidin (40) and Suardi (60). Meanwhile, the body of Ezar Tuwonusa (60) was buried in Dekai.

Currently, the residents of Bingki village have fled to Dekai for fear of violence by the KKB.

The violent action carried out by the KKB led by Tendius Gwijangge was discovered after reports of shootings at a truck belonging to PT. Papua Crenoma when a truck is transporting materials to build a bridge.

On Thursday, June 24, the KKB attacked the village of Bingki, killing four construction workers who were building a resident's house.
