Mukomuko Brings Sad News, A Total Of 25 People Died Due To COVID-19
JAKARTA - The Health Office of Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province, stated that the number of COVID-19 patients who died in this area had increased by one person. This brings the total number of deaths to 25 people.
"There is one additional COVID-19 patient from this area who died at the regional public hospital (RSUD)", said Mukomuko District COVID-19 Task Force Spokesperson Bustam Bustomo in his statement at Mukomuko, reported by Antara, Tuesday, June 22.
He said this was related to the development of the number of positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 and the number of cases that died in this area since the last few days.
He said that one of the COVID-19 patients who died in this area had the initials WRS, a 63-year-old male resident of Tunggal Jaya Village, Teras Terunjam District.
This resident of Tunggal Jaya Village before he died apart from being declared infected with the coronavirus, he said, this resident also experienced moderate symptoms of COVID-19 so he was treated at the RSUD.

He ensured that the burial of all COVID-19 patients was carried out in accordance with the rules, namely health protocols to prevent the transmission and spread of the coronavirus.
He stated that health workers from the Health Service and local health centers would trace the contact history of the COVID-19 patient who died.
Meanwhile, based on the narrative of the development of COVID-19 in Mukomuko Regency, Monday, the total number of specimens examined was 4.665 samples, the total number of specimens tested positive for COVID-19 was 918 people.
Of the 918 COVID-19 patients, 852 of whom were declared cured or not undergoing independent isolation and being treated at local hospitals, as many as 25 COVID-19 patients died.
Until now there are as many as 41 positive COVID-19 patients in this area who are undergoing independent isolation at their homes and hospitals to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
