In Front Of DPR Members, The National Police Chief Delivers Public Services As Easy As Ordering Pizza

JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo attends a working meeting with Commission III of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday. June 16.

In his presentation, General Listyo Sigit said that currently his party has launched 15 information technology-based public service applications. This is to make it easier for the public to get police services as easy as ordering pizza.

"Currently, the National Police has implemented 15 public service applications with an online system and delivery system so that Polri's public services can be faster, easier, and transparent with simple procedures so that people can get Police services as easily as ordering Pizza," said Sigit at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, June 16.

The 15 service applications are online International SIM, Precision National SIM (SINAR), Online SIM Theory Exam (EAVIS), E-PPSI (Electronic Psychological Examination), E-Rikkes (Electronic Health Examination), BOS (Binmas Online System) .

Then, Polri TV Radio, National Digital Samsat (SIGNAL), online SKCK, SPKT Community Services, SPKT complaints, online SP2HP, Patrolisiber.id, Presisi Dumas and Presisi Propam.

Sigit added that currently, the National Police has also provided a single number for the Hotline 110 service for the community whenever and anyone needs assistance from the police.

"Since the police service hotline number 110 was launched on May 20, 2021, approximately 20 days, it has received 1,455,954 calls. The service hotline can also be used as a means of controlling the leadership in assessing the performance of units under it," said Sigit.

On the other hand, Sigit also emphasized the implementation of improving the welfare of personnel through housing and health programs. Currently, 108,795 houses have been built for civil servants at the National Police, which exceed the initial target with an increase in the percentage of personnel who own houses by 5.36%.

"This program will continue so that all members of the National Police can have a decent house," said the former Banten Police Chief.

In terms of health, the National Police currently has 52 Bhayangkara Hospitals (RS). 570 First Level Health Facilities (FKTP), and 11,484 health workers.
