Israeli Court Bans Minister Ben-Gvir from Wearing Crocodile to Guard Terrorist Prison

JAKARTA - The Jerusalem District Court has banned Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir from using crocodiles as prison guards for terrorist prisoners.

According to a report by The Jerusalem Post, the court issued the ban following a petition filed by the local animal protection activist organization, Let the Animals Live.

Responding to the ruling, Ben-Gvir claimed the judges "sided with terrorists".

"Once again, in wartime, the justice system is on the side of the terrorists, as well as thwarting the important preventive efforts of the Israeli government," he said, as reported by ANTARA from Sputnik/RIA Novosti, Monday, August 3.

The newspaper also reported that the trial of using "crocodiles as guards" is planned to be implemented at Ketziot Prison.
