Dony Oskaria Explains the Reason for the Financial Report of Danantara Not Yet Out
Jakarta - Danantara COO Donny Oskaria explained regarding Danantara's financial statements which have not yet been published. Donny explained, the report is a consolidation of all SOEs and is being carried out for the first time. So it still takes time for the financial statements in full.
This was conveyed at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Friday, July 31. He said the public needed to understand that the consolidation report was different from the report of each SOE company.
In consolidation, inter-company transactions must be eliminated so that they are not recorded twice. Dony gave an example of transactions between Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, and PLN. If everything is included in one consolidation, inter-BUMN transactions must be adjusted.
According to Dony, the process takes time because the number of SOEs that are consolidated is very large. Donny emphasized that each SOE's report can still be viewed individually.
However, the joint report requires a longer technical process. Dony said that a pre-audit process is also being carried out by the Financial Audit Agency or BPK. Previously, Danantara had prepared an unaudited report.
