JAKARTA - Retailer of household goods, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk will distribute dividends from last year's profits. The issuer with the stock code ACES will distribute a total dividend of IDR 550.42 billion to its shareholders.

The dividends distributed are equivalent to Rp32.15 per share. The following is Ace Hardware's dividend distribution schedule based on information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, quoted on Monday 14 June:

- Cum dividend in regular market and negotiated market: June 17, 2021

- Ex-dividend on regular market and negotiated market: 18 June 2021

- Cum dividend on cash market: 21 June 2021

- Ex-dividend on cash market: 22 June 2021

- Recording date: June 21, 2021

- Dividend payment: 9 July 2021

This dividend distribution has been approved by the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS), last Wednesday, June 9. The dividends distributed are equivalent to 75 percent of Ace Hardware's profit last year of Rp733 billion. Ace Hardware will set aside the remaining profit as retained earnings.

For information, the dividend payout ratio (DPR) of ACES in 2020 is higher than in previous years. In 2019, the ACES DPR distributed a dividend of 30.17 percent with a dividend per share (DPS) of Rp. 18.1. Meanwhile, in 2018, ACES recorded a DPR of up to 50.45 percent with a DPS of Rp. 28.25.
