Digoyang Isu terkait Penggeledahan, Jampidsus Tegaskan Masih Bekerja Tangani Perkara

JAKARTA - The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) Febrie Adriansyah said he still received orders to work even though he was hit by the issue of resigning from the Attorney General's Office (Kejagung).

"Until now, I still received orders this morning to immediately complete the settlement of handling cases that are indeed short in time, which are limited in detention time," said Febrie as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, July 10.

He said he was focusing on completing the handling of priority cases so that they could be immediately tried.

"The order was just that we had prioritized any matter of concern to the public so that we could immediately file and we could try," he said.

On social media, it was rumored that Febrie would resign from his position as Jampidsus Kejagung.

The news came after his name was linked to a case of alleged corruption and money laundering (TPPU) which was being investigated by the National Police's Corruption Eradication Task Force (Kortastipidkor) and the Metro Jaya Police.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Corruption and Crime Investigation Unit of the National Police, Inspector General Totok Suharyanto, said the corruption case being investigated was related to alleged corruption in the management of coal supplies that allegedly triggered the power outage handled by his party.

In addition to this case, investigators are also handling allegations of corruption at PT Asabri and PT Jiwasraya for the period 2020-2025 as well as allegations of money laundering related to the settlement of PT CBS's debt to PT KNI which is under the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya.
