Not Even a Year After the Release of the Debut Album, Sukses Successfully Launched Rejeki Left by the Drummer

JAKARTA - Sukses Lancar Rejeki (SLR) officially announced the resignation of the drummer, Bumbum.

The surprising announcement of this separation was made directly by management through a statement uploaded on SLR's official Instagram account.

This step was taken because Bumbum chose to focus on his last year of high school education.

"With a heavy heart, we, the Sukses Lancar Rejeki family, announce that as of July 5, 2026, Bumbum officially resigned from Sukses Lancar Rejeki to focus on education (grade XII)," read the official statement of SLR, quoted Wednesday, July 8.

It is said that this decision was made after communicating with the drummer's parents.

"This decision has been conveyed by Bumbum's parents and directly confirmed by Bumbum. We respect and fully support this decision for a better future," he continued.

Even though it hasn't been a year since SLR released their debut album, "Bisa Meledak", the punk group from Bekasi still fully supports the decision made by the drummer.

"Thank you for the togetherness, dedication, and contribution you have given while being part of the Sukses Lancar Rejeki journey. We pray that Bumbum § will always be given smoothness, success, and can achieve the dreams he has dreamed. Thank you, Bumbum. Success always for the next step," concluded the band.

With the departure of Bumbum, SLR now only has Mahes (guitar, vocals) and Jalil (bass).

Until this article was written, there was no further news regarding Bumbum's replacement position, considering that SLR is scheduled to perform in several music festivals held this year.
