Suzuki sells Swift Sport body kit, looks more aggressive

JAKARTA - Suzuki is reviving the Swift Sport name in Japan in a different form. Now it only comes as a factory-backed bodykit and can be ordered from dealers. This package was first introduced through the Swift Aero Concept in April 2026, which was previously followed by the more sporty Swift Champions Concept which was exhibited in January 2025. The production version was made by the Japanese company Awin and sold through the official Suzuki Select Plus catalog at local dealers. Quoting from the Carscoops page, Friday, June 26, there are three parts of the bodykit package offered such as an aggressive front splitter, a set of side skirts, and rear bumper extensions, all coated in black. There is no rear wing in this package, but buyers can add additional accessories, including a black grille garnish, alloy rims that make it more compatible, a carbon-style rearview mirror cover, door handle protectors, a unique fuel cap cover, engine hood stickers, and stainless steel pedals. The changes only stop at the sharper design, because the Swift does not get any improvements in terms of chassis or performance hardware.

The power still comes from a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated mild-hybrid engine, with 81 hp and 112 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a CVT or manual transmission, driving the front or all four wheels. Awin's Swift Sport body kit is available for new and old owners of this model in Japan, along with other original accessories. Interested in buying a bodykit package? Users are required to dig into their pockets for 198,000 Yen or Rp20 million. Then for the separate package, the front splitter is priced at 63,800 Yen or Rp6.5 million, the side skirt at 70,400 Yen or Rp7 million, and the custom rear bumper at 63,800 Yen or Rp6.5 million.
