There are alleged evidence of transfers for Ahmad Dedi, Iskandar Sitorus is ready to submit the evidence to the KPK
JAKARTA - The founder and secretary of Indonesia Audit Watch (IAW), Iskandar HP Sitorus, stated that he would submit additional documents to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which are considered to support the investigation of the alleged corruption case in the import management environment at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC).
The document in question is a number of evidence of banking transactions which according to Iskandar was found when he was carrying out his duties as non-litigation power of attorney of Blueray Cargo owner, John Field.
The submission of the documents is scheduled to take place at the KPK's Red and White Building on Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Iskandar revealed that the documents to be submitted are proof of transfers through Bank Central Asia (BCA) accounts allegedly related to someone with the initials A, who is said to be an aide to the figure with the initials AD alias Dedy Congor.
According to him, this step is a form of support for the ongoing law enforcement process at the KPK.
"Wednesday, June 17 at 11.30 WIB, I will hand over the evidence of the transfer through Bank BCA from the Blueray Cargo management to someone named A who is said to be an assistant to AD. This is a form of obedience to the law because I know that there is evidence and hope to help complete the investigation process for alleged corruption cases at the Customs and Excise. Moreover, John Field in the trial has also admitted to giving 30 billion to AD," said Iskandar to reporters.
He emphasized that all information he knew during the management of the non-litigation power from John Field would be officially conveyed to investigators so that it could be verified according to the applicable legal mechanism.
The plan to submit additional documents is a follow-up to Iskandar's examination as a witness by KPK investigators on Friday, June 12, 2026.
During the examination, investigators dug up various information obtained by Iskandar while accompanying Blueray Cargo in non-litigation matters after the hand-in-hand operation (OTT) carried out by the KPK.
The information provided by Iskandar is said to be part of the investigators' efforts to expand the investigation into parties suspected of having links to the case being handled.
