JAKARTA - The police are still discussing the pattern of prosecution for cyclists who violate the rules. The draft rules were discussed with a number of related parties.

"For law enforcement efforts, of course, we will discuss with relevant stakeholders," said Wadirlantas Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Rusdy Pramana to reporters, Friday, June 4.

The discussion will focus on the pattern of prosecution. That is, starting from the confiscation of evidence in other words confiscation to the trial process for traffic violations.

"Especially for the criminal justice system, because of course the technical aspects of law enforcement, which may include how to confiscate any evidence to be confiscated, how then can violators be brought to trial and so on," said Rusdy.

In the photo, the motorcyclist is pointing his middle finger at the group of bicycles that fill the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman section.

After much discussion, the goshow.cc Instagram account gave clarification. In an English caption, the account said they were cycling together to celebrate the birthday of one of their community members.

The goshow.cc account admitted that they were driving on the right lane to pass down traffic in Dukuh Atas. This is due to the bus crossing to the Dukuh Atas underpass. After crossing, the road bike cyclists wanted to return to the left lane, suddenly a motorcycle cyclist overtook and raised their middle finger.

Their explanations were countered by many netizens. A number of parties feel that the group of cyclists is still wrong because they use the right lane. Finally, the goshow.cc account apologized.
