This policy is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) No. 660 of 2021 concerning Cancellation of Departure of Hajj Pilgrims at the Organization of the Hajj in 1442 H/2021 AD
In the KMA, it is emphasized that prospective pilgrims who cancel their departure can withdraw the payment for the payment of the Hajj Travel Expenses (Bipih) that has been paid. "Even though the payment payment is taken, the congregation does not lose its status as prospective pilgrims who will depart in 1443 H/2022 AD," he continued. First, the congregation submits an application for the return of the Bipih payment deposit in writing to the Head of the Kankemenag Regency/City where the Hajj is registered, including the following conditions:
a) the original proof of Bipih's full deposit issued by the Bipih Deposit Receiving Bank (BPS);
b) a photocopy of an active savings book in the name of the Hajj Pilgrim and showing the original;
c) photocopy of ID card and show the original; and d) a telephone number that can be contacted. Second, the congregation's request will then be verified and validated by the Section Head in charge of Hajj and Umrah Organizing affairs at the Regency/City Ministry of Religion.
"If the document is declared complete and valid, the Head of Hajj will input the cancellation data for the Bipih payment deposit on the Siskohat application," explained Ramadan.
Third, the Head of the Regency/City Ministry of Religion submits a written request for cancellation of the Bipih settlement deposit and is sent electronically to the Director of Domestic Hajj Services with a copy to the Provincial Head of the Ministry of Religion's Regional Office. confirmation of cancellation of Hajj Pilgrims settlement deposits on the SISKOHAT application. Fifth, the Director of Domestic Hajj Services on behalf of the Director General of Hajj and Umrah Organization submits a written request for return of Bipih settlement deposits to the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH) cq BPKH Implementing Agency. Sixth, BPS Bipih after receiving the Payment Order (SPM) from BPKH, immediately transfer the funds for the return of the Bipih deposit to the Jemaah Haji account and confirm the transfer of the return of the payment on the SISKOHAT application. through the account number that has been submitted in the first stage. “All these stages are expected to last for nine days. Two days at Kankemenag Regency/City. Three days at the Directorate General of PHU. Two days at the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH). And, it takes two days to process the transfer from the Deposit Receiving Bank to the congregation's account," said Ramadan.
