Jasa Marga Deploys 574 On Call Personnel to Serve Travelers on Trans Java Toll Road

JAKARTA - A total of 574 personnel were alerted to serve travelers along the Trans Java Toll Road during the 2026 Lebaran homecoming and return period.

The on-call personnel are part of the toll road operator's readiness in ensuring the smoothness and safety of people's travel, especially on the main routes connecting various cities on the island of Java.

Officers will be stationed at a number of strategic points to provide traffic services, handle disturbances, and emergency assistance for road users.

"The personnel are ready to be deployed at any time to handle various emergency conditions and potential traffic disruptions that may occur during the period of increased community mobility," said Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol or JTT Ria Marlinda Paallo quoted from an official statement, Thursday, March 19.

In addition, operational support is also strengthened through the provision of a fleet of cranes, ambulances and toll road patrols that are on standby 24 hours a day.

This step is taken as a form of anticipation of a significant increase in vehicle volume during the Lebaran homecoming period, especially on sections with high density levels.

The toll road manager together with the police and related institutions also continue to coordinate to ensure that all services run optimally.

Road users are urged to continue to comply with traffic signs, follow the instructions of officers in the field, and ensure that vehicle conditions are in good condition so that the homecoming journey is safe and smooth.
