Iran Threatens to Attack US Data Center in Iran

JAKARTA - Tehran will attack data centers in Arab countries, which the United States uses in its military operations against Iran.

"The United States uses data centers in Arab countries to support intelligence and military operations against Iran. It is possible that Iran will attack these data centers in the coming days," said an Iranian diplomatic source quoted by Sputnik, Thursday, March 12.

Iranian diplomats said Washington also used the optical fiber infrastructure of Arab countries in its operations against Iran.

The assumption that attacks on data centers and optical fiber infrastructure in Middle Eastern countries may have occurred is based on the fact that the governments of Arab countries have not taken steps to prevent "abuses" by the US military.

On February 28, the United States and Israel launched an attack on targets in Iran, causing damage and civilian casualties. Iran retaliated by attacking Israeli territory and US military facilities in the Middle East.

The US and Israel initially claimed their attacks were necessary to counter a threat they considered to come from Iran's nuclear program. However, they quickly made it clear that the attacks were carried out because they wanted to see a change of power in Iran.
