There Is A Doctor's Prescription Behind Roy Kiyoshi's Narcotics Case
JAKARTA - Artist Roy Kiyoshi was arrested on a psychotropic possession case. Information emerged that Roy's narcotics were obtained legally because he had a doctor's prescription.
Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Detective, AKBP Vivick Tjangkung, did not want to comment on Roy's obtaining the drug because he had a doctor's prescription. He threw an answer to this information at his boss.
"Later, the police chief will explain further," Vivick said in Jakarta, Friday, May 8.
He added that Roy Kiyoshi was not sick. "He is in very good condition, in good health and his parents have visited him too," said Vivick.
What is certain, Vivick said, from the results of the urine examination of the man, whose real name is Roy Kurniawan, proved positive for consuming benzo.
Roy was arrested at a house in the Cengkareng Indah area, West Jakarta, Wednesday, May 6, at around 17.00 WIB. From the arrest and search, dozens of psychotropic items were found and used as evidence.
"The evidence contains approximately 21 items of psychotropic substances. We are currently investigating the case," said Vivick.
