The Killer Of A Plastic Shop Boss In Bandung Was Arrested, The Perpetrator Who Robbed The Victim 11 Times
BANDUNG - The Bandung Police Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) has arrested a man who killed a man with the initials S (62), the owner of a plastic shop. The victim died with 11 stab wounds to his body.
Wakapolrestabes Bandung AKBP Yoris Maulana Marzuki said the perpetrator was a neighbor of the victim himself named Lukman (52). In addition to killing, the perpetrators also robbed the victim's house.
"The suspect did it alone, the suspect is on behalf of Lukman who is the victim's neighbor who is two houses away from the victim's house," said Yoris at the Bandung Police Station, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, June 2.
Yoris said the perpetrator entered the victim's house through the top of the house. And upon entering, the perpetrator found the victim sleeping.
Then the perpetrator woke the victim and pointed a knife. After that, the perpetrator asked the victim to give money, but the victim resisted.
"And the perpetrators were stabbed multiple times with 11 stab wounds," said Yoris.
Currently, the police are still conducting investigations to determine whether the perpetrator is also charged with premeditated murder or not.
The reason, according to Yoris, the perpetrator had prepared and brought a knife before entering the victim's house.
"The perpetrator had prepared a knife before entering the house, the knife was bought at a shop, specifically to carry out this robbery," he said.
As a result of his actions, Lukman was charged with Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 15 years in prison in conjunction with Article 338 of the Criminal Code with a criminal penalty of 15 years in prison in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph 3 with a threat of seven years in prison.
