Minister of Finance Purbaya Lost Thomas Djiwandono, Has Met Juda Agung

JAKARTA - Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa 'lost' Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono who is now serving as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia.

The name of Juda Agung, who previously served as Deputy Governor of Bank Indonesia and resigned, is rumored to be a strong candidate to replace Thomas.

Regarding this, the Minister of Finance Purbaya did not want to give much comment. Because according to him, regarding the candidate for Deputy Minister of Finance, he is waiting for President Prabowo Subianto's statement.

This was conveyed by Purbaya at the Presidential Palace Complex, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 28.

Purbaya admitted that he had met with Juda Agung. However, Purbaya was reluctant to convey what the details of his conversation were.
