10 Witnesses Have Been Examined, Including the Doctor at Fatmawati Hospital Who Issued Lula Lahfah's Death Certificate

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has taken statements from ten witnesses regarding the death of Lula Lahfah in his apartment unit in South Jakarta, Friday, January 23, 2026.

"Kebayoran Baru Police and South Jakarta Metro Police have investigated several series of events. This means that starting from the discovery of the first body to the management of evidence, the investigation of the crime scene (scene of the crime), the examination of witnesses has been carried out. 10 witnesses," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Budi Hermanto at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Wednesday.

He explained that the witnesses, including the person who first found the body, namely the domestic helper (ART) and the driver, as well as two technicians from the apartment.

"Including summoning the deceased's lover (Reza Arap), including with personal assistants and plans for follow-up family examination processes from the deceased," said Budi.

In addition, he also mentioned that his party had asked for information from the Fatmawati Hospital doctor who carried out an external autopsy examination of the body.

"We also examined the doctor with the initials R who issued the death certificate, including we also examined the Pondok Indah Hospital regarding the medical history of the deceased," said Budi.

He also explained that his party had sent several pieces of evidence found at the scene of the incident, which are currently still in the process of processing evidence by the forensic laboratory.

"We are all waiting. We hope that the media and the public, of course, the police will be very transparent about the information on the development of the events that occurred in the jurisdiction of the Polda Metro Jaya," he said.

After the results of the forensic laboratory came out, he ensured that his party would immediately hold a comprehensive press conference by presenting a number of parties from the Ministry of Health, forensic laboratories, and doctors who examined the medical history and external visors of the body.

As is known, the police summoned six witnesses to get the story of Lula Lahfah's death on Friday, January 23, 2026, in an apartment in South Jakarta.

"Until now, we have examined or clarified six witnesses who were at the crime scene at that time," said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief of Criminal Investigation AKBP Iskandarsyah to reporters in Jakarta.

He said the examination of witnesses was carried out to obtain the storyline and evidence to complete the information from the forensic laboratory.

Then, the police also asked for information from the hospital regarding the history of the disease experienced by the influencer.
