PNBP Komdigi 2025 Reaches Rp29 Trillion, Exceeds Target 116 Percent
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Digital reported that the realization of Non-Tax State Revenues (PNBP) in the 2025 Fiscal Year reached Rp. 29 trillion or 116.04 percent of the target of around Rp. 25 trillion.
The Minister of Communication and Information, Meutya Hafid, believes that the success of Komdigi is an indicator that the management of the communication and digital sector is getting better.
"The target of the 2025 Fiscal Year PNBP of around Rp. 25 trillion can be exceeded to Rp. 29 trillion or an increase of 116.04 percent. This is an indicator that the management of the communication and digital sector is getting better," said Meutya in a Working Meeting with Commission I of the DPR RI on Monday, January 26.
He explained that the contribution of PNBP came from various strategic sources, including the Frequency Usage Rights (BHP) fee, the telecommunications sector, satellite orbit services, certification, broadcasting, and other PNBP in the Kemkomdigi environment.
In addition to the PNBP performance, as of December 2025, the total existing ceiling was recorded at Rp. 12.67 trillion, with a blocking ceiling of around Rp. 1.5 trillion, so that the ceiling after blocking becomes Rp. 11.4 trillion. Of this amount, the budget realization reached Rp. 10.58 trillion or equivalent to 94.9 percent of the ceiling after blocking.
"This shows that with efficiency, proper prioritization, and better governance, the performance of the digital sector can make a real contribution to the country," said Meutya.
In the future, Meutya emphasized the commitment of the Ministry of Communication and Information to continue to improve governance and optimize the realization of the budget in 2026.
"In 2026, we are committed to continue improving governance and optimizing the realization of the budget to support the achievement of budget performance that has a real impact on the community," he concluded.
