COVID-19 Update Sunday, May 30: 6.115 New Cases, It Is Lower Than Yesterday
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health released the latest additional positive COVID-19 cases for today, Sunday, May 30 at 12.00 p.m. local time with a record addition of 6.115 cases. This number is lower than Saturday, May 29, which had 6.565 positive cases of COVID-19.
The report also revealed that the daily cure rate increased by 4.024 with a mortality rate of 142 cases.
In detail, the largest increase in positive cases occurred in DKI Jakarta with a record of 1.064 cases. Followed later, Central Java with 1.007 cases, Riau 726 cases, West Java with 639 cases, and Riau Islands with 294 cases.
Meanwhile, for areas with the most recovery, DKI Jakarta contributed 994 people, West Java 481 people, and Riau with 451 people.
Meanwhile, the highest death rate was in Riau with 21 cases, East Java with 17 cases, West Sumatra with 15 cases, and DKI Jakarta with 13 cases.
Then, in terms of vaccination, it was recorded that 16.304.700 people had received the phase I vaccine with a special addition today of 100.871 people.
Then, for the second phase of the vaccine, it is known that it has been distributed to 10.584.489 people with the addition of 29.693 people as of May 30. Meanwhile, the vaccination target targeted by the government for the current period is 40.349.049.
