Denza Siapkan D9L, MPV Kelas Atas dengan Teknologi Canggih

JAKARTA - A subsidiary of BYD, Denza, seems to be preparing the D9L MPV for the Chinese market. Proof of this is that some time ago it was caught on camera being tested on the highway.

Citing the Autohome website, Tuesday, January 6, it is estimated that the length of this vehicle can reach 5.4 meters, targeting the high-end MPV market. Unfortunately, the model is still fully camouflaged on various sides.

However, there are some clues to be gleaned from the prominent lines. It will likely adopt the "π-Motion" family design language from the current Denza D9 and is expected to feature a new 7-shaped headlight assembly to create a premium impression

Meanwhile, this car is equipped with a lidar on the roof and will feature an advanced intelligent driving assistance system, "God's Eye B". Looking at its side profile, its overall lines are straighter than the current Denza D9, indicating an increase in interior space.

Furthermore, it was revealed that the Denza D9L will have a length of 5,400 mm, a significant increase compared to the current Denza D9 which has a length of 5,250 mm.

In terms of configuration, this vehicle will be equipped with the Yunlian-A intelligent body control system, the Tianshenyan-B auxiliary drive system, hidden door handles, double electric sliding doors, and privacy glass for the second and third rows. For engine options, the Denza D9L is expected to continue to offer a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and pure electric (EV) version.

The PHEV version is equipped with a 2.0T engine with a pure electric range estimated to exceed 300 km; while the pure electric version is built on the Super e platform, with a top-of-the-range model offering a combined power of over 640 kW, an estimated acceleration time of 0-100 km/h of less than 4 seconds and a CLTC range of around 620 km.
