Richard Lee is a suspect in a consumer protection violation

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has named Richard Lee as a suspect in a case of alleged consumer protection violations related to beauty products and treatments.

It is known that the feud between Richard Lee and Detective Doctor (Doktif) alias dr. Amira Farahnaz is a new chapter after the two reported each other and Amira Farahnaz has been given the status of a suspect.

The Head of the Public Relations and Public Information Sub-Directorate of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Reonald Simanjuntak, said that the designation as a suspect was registered with LPB Number 7317/XII/2024/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya. And it was carried out on December 15, 2025.

"We convey that the determination of the suspect was made on December 15, 2025, on brother RL," Reonald told reporters, Tuesday, January 6, 2025.

Reonald said that after the determination of the suspect, the investigators immediately sent a first summons letter to Richard Lee on December 23, 2025. However, the person concerned did not meet the call.

"And convey to the investigators that they will be present on January 7, 2026. So the second call will be delivered on the 7th," he said.

Reonald said the police were still waiting for Richard Lee's presence. If by January 7 there is no confirmation of Richard Lee's presence or reasons, investigators will send a summons letter again.

"If on January 7 there is no information, no notification is present or not, then a second call will be sent after January 7," he said.
