DPRD Called TGUPP Anies Ineffective, Deputy Governor: I Cannot Comment
JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, was reluctant to comment on the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetio Edi Marsudi, who considered the Governor's Team for the Acceleration of Development (TGUPP) to be ineffective.
"Well, I can't comment on that. It is the right of anyone to give an assessment," said Riza the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Thursday, May 27.
In principle, said Riza, TGUPP members in the era of DKI Governor Anies Baswedan are expected to be able to contribute and create concepts, analysis, data, etc. for the benefit of the DKI Provincial Government.
"It is in the interest of accelerating development so that Jakarta is a city that is happy for its citizens," he continued.
Previously, Prasetio considered that the role of TGUPP could not boost the governor's performance in completing the regional medium-term development plan (RPJMD).
"The establishment of the TGUPP aims to accelerate the SKPD program according to the RPJMD vision. But, there also not much has been achieved. We'll see, how many programs are accelerated? This means that TGUPP is ineffective. productive for the welfare of the people, used for them, "said Prasetio.
According to Prasetio, TGUPP is not present at this time either. efficient. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2018 and 2019, many programs did not go according to plan.
"How many programs have been realized? Where is the normalization, the road or not? Where is the target for the rusunawa DP Rp0? From the target of the development plan, how much has been achieved? This, right, shows that the program is not working," he said.
Pras argues that this is inseparable from the TGUPP ranks during the Anies era, which tended to be filled by the success team during the 2017 DKI Pilgub. In fact, Joko Widodo and Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) filled the TGUPP members, held by ASN who were about to retire.
"In the days of Pak Jokowi to Ahok, TGUPP was generally filled with ASNs who were about to retire. They had previously served as cadres or assistants, so they are familiar with the government system and it is easy to interpret the vision and mission of regional heads into work programs," he said.
