Corruption Eradication Commission Employees Submitting List Of Names To Be Checked By Komnas HAM Regarding TWK
JAKARTA - Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Employee Center Yudi Purnomo said that his party had brought a list of names of parties that needed to be examined regarding suspected violations that occurred in the National Insight Test (TWK) Assessment process. This list of names has been submitted to Komnas HAM for immediate follow-up.
"We hope that Komnas HAM will be quicker to investigate because we have provided some additional information regarding who on the KPK side should be investigated," Yudi told reporters at the Komnas HAM Office, Jalan Latuharhary, Central Jakarta, Thursday, May 27.
In addition, his party also submitted additional documents in the form of written statements from KPK employees, both those who passed and did not pass the TWK implementation. This information contains a number of question irregularities in the test which become a requirement for the transfer of employment status.
"So basically we are completing our complaint case files," said Yudi.
Complementing Yudi's statement, the former Director of the Development of the Agency Inter-Commission Network (PJKAKI) KPK, Sujanarko, said that he was grateful for the attention given to Komnas HAM in this polemic. This is because 75 employees did not pass until it resulted in dismissal. This was not just a matter of employment.
According to him, the nuances of human rights violations are quite pronounced because there are indications that several state institutions have committed abuse of power in decision making. "So why do we report this to Komnas HAM," said Sujanarko.
In addition, Sujanarko also said that this dismissal was also a form of extermination against the employee organization. This is because, of the 75 KPK employees who have not passed, one of them is Yudi Purnomo who is the Chairman of the KPK WP.
"The definition of eradicating this union unit or employee organization unit, in fact, actually has committed human rights violations. Maybe you know, all the core management of this Employee Council were actually evicted and burned down by the KPK leadership," he said.
Previously reported, the National Insight Test (TWK) was attended by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 people were declared eligible.
Meanwhile 75 employees including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of the KPK Employee Council who is also investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Anti-Corruption Socialization and Campaign Giri Suprapdiono, KPK Head of Task Force Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director of PJKAKI Sujarnarko were declared ineligible (TMS). Meanwhile, two other employees did not attend the interview test.
According to the accounts of the employees who had not passed, there were a number of oddities in the implementation of this assessment. Including, there are a number of questions that are deemed to violate the private sphere.
The employees who did not pass this then reported the implementation of TWK to Komnas HAM. Furthermore, a special team was formed led by two commissioners, namely Choirul Anam and Sandrayati Moniaga to investigate alleged human rights violations in this test.
In addition to submitting reports to Komnas HAM, these employees also report their leadership to a number of parties from the KPK Supervisory Board to the Indonesian Ombudsman.
