Submit Additional Evidence Related To TWK Problematic, WP KPK Again Visit Komnas HAM

JAKARTA - Representatives of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) along with the legal team came back to Komnas HAM. They will submit additional evidence related to the implementation of the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) which resulted in 75 employees being declared unqualified and disabled.

"Komnas HAM RI monitoring and investigation team will receive a legal team and deputy employees of WP KPK," said Komnas HAM Investigation Monitoring Commissioner Choirul Anam in his written statement, Thursday, May 27.

Additional evidence in the form of completeness of complaints, data, and other documents will be used for team examination related to alleged violations in tests that become a condition of transfer of staffing status.

"This is a follow-up complaint of the attorney general and WP KPK on Monday, May 24, related to the absence of 75 employees in the National Insight Test," said Anam.

Previously reported, the National Insight Test (TWK) was followed by 1,351 KPK employees. Of these, 1,274 were declared eligible.

Meanwhile, 75 employees including Novel Baswedan, Chairman of kpk employee container who is also an investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign KPK Giri Suprapdiono, Kasatgas KPK Harun Al-Rasyid, and Director pjkaki Sujarnarko declared ineligible (TMS). The other two employees were not present in the interview.

According to the officials who were declared not qualified, there are a number of peculiarities in the implementation of this assessment. Including, there are a number of questions that are considered to violate the private domain.

The employees who did not escape this, then reported the implementation of TWK to Komnas HAM. Furthermore, a special team led by two commissioners choirul anam and Sandrayati Moniaga was formed to investigate alleged human rights violations in this test.

In addition to submitting reports to Komnas HAM, these employees also reported their leaders to a number of parties ranging from the KPK Supervisory Board to the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia.
