Richa Iskak Admits He Often Down After Gary Iskak's Departure
JAKARTA - Actress Richa Iskak is currently undergoing one of the toughest phases of her life after the departure of her beloved husband, Gary Iskak. In the midst of the sad that still feels wet, he shows extraordinary decisiveness when sharing his feelings.
"Yes, like this. Trying to process, trying to be sincere," said Richa in the South Jakarta area, Friday, December 12.
He realized that sadness is a phase that must be passed. However, he also knows that life cannot just stop, especially because he has a big responsibility for his children.
"I can't be sad all the time, I have to fight for the kids maybe," he said.

This spirit is the main fuel to keep going. However, Richa did not deny that he still often felt down. According to him, it is natural for anyone who has lost to feel down.
He described the process of grief as a cycle. Sometimes he can look strong, but at other times the loss comes back strong.
"If you want to cry, cry, if you want to be angry or emotional, that's okay, let it out," he said.
For him, there is nothing to rush into the healing process. He allowed himself and his children to proceed slowly until it was time for them to be ready to move on.
He also chose not to use psychologists' services in going through this difficult time. "God is a psychologist," he said briefly.
