Bahlil Reports To President Prabowo, Strives For Electricity Recovery And Fuel Supply In Disaster Areas

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia met with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace, Jakarta, Thursday, December 4.

When met by reporters after meeting with President Prabowo, Bahlil revealed that he had reported a number of things that the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources had done in the disaster area, namely Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.

According to Bahlil, the efforts made were to restore electricity in a number of disaster areas, including Aceh. Although there are still many obstacles, according to Bahlil, his party continues to strive so that electricity can flow in the disaster area as soon as possible.

In addition to electricity, Bahlil also reported the development of fuel supply to disaster areas. In a number of areas, fuel stocks are estimated to reach seven to eight days. However, a number of areas cannot be crossed by land routes due to cut road access.
