Macaulay Culkin Interested In Home Alone Sequel, As Long As There Is This
JAKARTA - Macaulay Culkin admits that he is interested if he gets an offer for the new Home Alone film. He played Kevin McCallister in the film that became the icon of pop culture.
The film Home Alone tells the story of a child who faces an intruder after being abandoned by his family during a holiday.
Recently, she appeared on the show A Nostalgic Night with Macaulay Culkin where she talked about the film Home Alone which changed her career.
He is also interested in a sequel and even has the idea that he will be appointed to play Kevin McCallister again. According to him, his character is a widower.
"I had this idea. I might be a widower. I raised my own son," Macaulay Culkin quoted Variety as saying.
"I worked very hard but didn't pay attention and my son was upset and I was locked. He didn't let me in and he set a trap for me," he said.
Furthermore, Brenda Song's husband called his house a metaphor for the relationship between himself and his son.

Home Alone became the second best-selling film when it hit theaters in 1990. Culkin also returned to the sequel in 1992.
Different from Culkin, director of Home Alone - Chris Columbus actually rejects rumors or assumptions that the new Home Alone film will soon be made.
"I think Home Alone exists as part of the time and you can't make it that way anymore. I think we should let it go like that," he said.
