Realization Of The 2025 State Budget Priority Program Reaches 71.7 Percent Until November 25

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Finance reported that until November 25, 2025, it had realized spending on President Prabowo Subianto's priority programs of Rp666.4 trillion, or around 71.7 percent of the total 2025 APBN ceiling set at Rp930.7 trillion.

Deputy Minister of Finance Thomas Djiwandono emphasized that as of November 25, 2025, the realization of the APBN priority program had reached Rp666.4 trillion, equivalent to 71.7 percent of the 2025 State Budget ceiling.

He added that in the field of strengthening the quality of human resources and public services, programs such as free nutritious food, hospital revitalization, construction of superior public schools and schools Garuda, school renovation, construction of dams and irrigation, as well as the preservation of roads and fishing villages continue to increase, although efforts to optimize the realization are still being encouraged.

"For the free nutritious food program, until November 26, Rp45.9 trillion or Rp64.7 percent of the Rp71 trillion ceiling has increased sharply from Rp19.7 trillion at the end of the third quarter," he said in a working meeting with Commission XI DPR RI, Thursday, November 27.

Thomas said that this program has reached 42.9 million students through 15,715 units of nutritional fulfillment services, as well as creating 556,735 jobs along the food supply chain.

Previously, the Government had formed a Task Force for the Acceleration of Government Programs to monitor and evaluate budget realization in various priority programs, including assessing the shopping capacity of each ministry and institution (K/L).

Deputy for Business Management and Development of State-Owned Enterprises, Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs Ferry Irawan emphasized that the government is committed to accelerating the realization of state spending by the end of 2025, especially starting in the fourth quarter.

"For earlier monitoring various government priority programs, we have also compiled a task force to accelerate government programs. This has three pokja, the first is the field of monitoring the realization of the budget," he said at the Sarasehan 100 Economist Indonesia event, Tuesday, October 28.

He added, through the Task Force for the Acceleration of Government Programs, it is conducting an evaluation of the spending capacity of each ministry and institution such as, absorption, and projection (outlook) of the respective K/L budgets.

Ferry said that if the evaluation shows that there are ministries or institutions that have not optimally spent their budget, the remaining funds will be transferred to other agencies that are better prepared to carry out President Prabowo Subianto's priority program.

"If not, for example, various records from the Minister of Finance will be shifted to other friends who have a more prepared program," he said.

Furthermore, Ferry explained, the second Pokja in the Task Force is tasked with accelerating program implementation and overcoming obstacles in the field (bottletracking).

"So, if there are obstacles in practicing implementation in the field, then this will be handled by the two-pokja," he said.

Meanwhile, Ferry added, the third Pokja focuses on providing regulatory support and the legal aspects needed so that government policies can run smoothly.

"This is what we also did earlier, if in the preparation of policies, support regulations are needed, this is what we do with the help of the three-pokja," he said.
