Stranger Things Series Sets A Record Ahead Of The Fifth Season, What Is It?

JAKARTA - The Stranger Things series managed to set a record before the fifth season was released this week. The first to fourth season entered the ranks of the Top 10 Netflix Global.

For the first time, the Netflix original series has all of its parts in the Top 10 which means many Netflix users are watching the previous season.

In the third week of November, the first season of Stranger Things was in third place followed by a fourth season in fifth place. The second season is in 7th place with a total of more than 5 million views.

Therefore, the fifth season of the Stranger Things series is also expected to gain big numbers when it is released on Netflix.

Knowing that enthusiasm will be great, Netflix is also making a different release strategy from the previous season. The first part will be released this month, partly later at the end of December.

The final episode will be released in early 2026.

The Duffer brothers wrote their fifth season with Paul Dichter, Curtis Gwinn, Caitlin Schneiderhan, and Kate Trefry. The Duffer brothers also directed with Frank Darabont and Shawn Levy.
