Good News From Ace Hardware, A Company Owned By Conglomerat Kuncoro Wibowoe, Wants To Distribute Dividends Of IDR 549 Billion
JAKARTA - The household goods retail company, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES), will pay dividends to its shareholders, amounting to IDR 32.15 per share.
The proposal became one of the agendas discussed in the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) company owned by conglomerate Kuncoro Wibowo on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
"The amount is equivalent to 75 percent of ACES' net profit in 2020", said The Director of Ace Hardware, quoted from ace hardware information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) page, Monday, May 24.
For information, throughout 2020, ACES pocketed a profit for the current year attributable to owners of the parent entity of up to IDR 733.2 billion. The dividend payout ratio (DPR) in 2020 is higher than in previous years.

In 2019, DPR ACES distributed 30.17 percent of the dividends with dividend per share (DPS) reaching IDR 18.1. Meanwhile, in 2018, ACES recorded DPR up to 50.45 percent with a DPS of IDR 28.25.
In addition to the proposed dividend payment, the shareholders' meeting will also decide on changes to the composition of the company's board members. The meeting will discuss the nomination of Hartanto Djasman as commissioner and Mathius Salempang as independent commissioner.
The meeting will also discuss the nomination of Gregory Sugyono Widjaja, Dewi Triana Saleh, and Suharno Tan as Directors.
Some names will resign, namely Ijek Widyakrisnadi as commissioner, and Hartanto Djasman and Nana Puspa Dewi as directors.
