Ira Puspadewi Et Al Rehabilitated Prabowo, KPK Ensures Archipelago Bridge Owners Are Still Being Legally Processed
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that Adjie as the owner of PT Jembatan Nusantara, which was acquired by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, will still be prosecuted.
This was conveyed by the acting (Plt) Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu in response to the rehabilitation given by President Prabowo Subianto to the President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Ira Puspadewi; former Director of Planning and Development, Harry MAC; and former Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), Muhammad Yusuf Hadi.
The three of them are known to have been found guilty in a corruption case in business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry by the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday, November 20.
"The continuity of the suspect is AJ, so it's the rehabilitation, right, three people. This AJ is still in the process of being investigated at this time, so the case is still going on, yes," Asep told reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Wednesday, November 26.
"Because the rehabilitation is three. That's from ASDP, Mrs. Ira and friends," continued Asep, who also serves as Director of KPK Investigations.
As previously reported, President Prabowo Subianto signed the granting of rehabilitation for three parties involved in the alleged corruption of business cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. They are Ira Puspadewi as former Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry; former Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono, and former Commercial and Service Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
The decision was conveyed by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad in a press statement with Minister of State Secretary Prasetyo Hadi and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya at the Presidential office, Jakarta, Tuesday, November 25.
"From the results of communication with the government, thank God there are today, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo Subianto has signed a letter of rehabilitation for the three names," he said.
He said the President was observing a series of communications between the DPR and the government regarding the dynamics of the case that has been sticking out since July 2024. Dasco explained, since the ASDP case rolled out, his party has received various complaints and aspirations from the public and community groups.
Following up on this, the leadership of the DPR asked Commission III as a legal sector partner to conduct an in-depth study of the progress of the case investigation.

Meanwhile, Ira Puspadewi et al were found guilty in the corruption case of the acquisition and business cooperation (KSU) of PT Jembatan Nusantara by PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry. He was later sentenced to 4.5 years and a fine of IDR 500 million by the Jakarta Corruption Court.
Meanwhile, the former Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP, Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono, and former Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi was sentenced to 4 years and a fine of Rp250 million. They were found guilty and committed corruption together as the second alternative indictment Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999.
