IM3 And Apple Launch Roaming Free Services In Indonesia, Malaysia, And Singapore
JAKARTA - Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat/IOH) through the IM3 brand together with Apple, introduced the Roaming Free Travelling program, which allows customers to continue to enjoy fast and stable connections in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore without the need to buy additional roasting packages.
With the main quota that remains active across countries, customers can enjoy full freedom to stay productive, creative, and connected during their vacation. The exclusive bundling offer of the iPhone 17 series can be enjoyed with Platinum IM3 package 125, starting from IDR 777 thousand per month.
"In the bundling program with Apple, we hope that seamless cross-border connections can be felt to complete the holiday season later this year," said IOH Director & Chief Commercial Officer Bilal Kazmi on Tuesday, November 25.
Meanwhile, Indosat's VP Head of Product, Krisno Pujonggo, revealed that the current number of Platinum IM3 subscribers has exceeded 1 million users. Through this collaboration, Indosat is targeting a significant subscriber surge in the near future.
"Then with this program, we target that in the first quarter we can be 1.5 plus, so we are aggressive from commercial," said Krisno further.

Indosat is also targeting strong growth in the IM3 Platinum market in Malaysia and Singapore. However, the telecommunications company has a major goal of providing relevant services for customers.
"The future target for Platinum IM3 in Malaysia and Singapore, we can double-digit growth. But again, we want to provide services that are relevant, more or less," he said.
With the presence of the 'Raaming Free Travelling' program, Indosat hopes that IM3 users can be more comfortable and free to do cross-border activities without connection barriers or additional roasting costs.
