BCA Distributes IDR 55 Per Share Interim Cash Dividend
JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) decided to distribute cash interim dividends to all shareholders.
The decision was driven by a trend of sustainable performance growth until the third quarter of 2025.
BCA President Director Hendra Lembong explained that the distribution of cash interim dividends has also taken into account solid capital positions, adequate liquidity, the development of the Company's business and its subsidiaries, as well as investment in technology.
The amount of dividends distributed is IDR 55 per share for the financial year ending on December 31, 2025. This figure is an increase of 10 percent compared to the interim dividend per share paid for the financial year ending on December 31, 2024.
"We are grateful for the trust of all shareholders, so that the Company is able to record positive performance until the first nine months of 2025," Hendra said in a statement to the media, Tuesday, November 25.
The cash interim dividend is scheduled to be distributed to shareholders on December 22, 2025.
Meanwhile, this cash interim dividend payment will be given to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) as of December 4, 2025 at 16.00 WIB.
