Detroit Pistons Equals Club Record When Beating Indiana Pacers

JAKARTA Detroit Pistons managed to beat the Indiana Pacers in a follow-up NBA match this season to secure their 13th straight win, which automatically matched the club's record.

Clashes between the two teams taking place in Indianapolis on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 WIB, ended with a score of 122-117. These results made Pistons strengthen their position at the top of the Eastern Region standings.

The start of this scintillating season was far from the results obtained by Detroit two years ago. At that time they lost in 28 consecutive matches which was a bad record in the most prestigious basketball league in the United States.

"It's amazing. We played for the Detroit Pistons team, a historic team. So, making history for a historic team like this feels great," said Pistons star Cade Cunningham, as reported by ESPN.

This latest victory made Pistons match the club's winning record in 1990 and 2004. In addition, the latest results made their winning record this season increase to 15-2.

Cade Cunningham appeared as the star of the win in this match. He leads the team with 24 points and 11 rebounds. He was followed by Caris LeVert who managed to score 19 points, the second most in the team.

Furthermore, Jalen Duren contributed 17 points and 12 rebounds and Jaden Ivey managed to score 12 points in their second match after returning to play after experiencing a fracture in left fibula in January 2025.

On the other hand, Pascal Sikam contributed 24 points to Pacers who were hit by many injured players and Jarace Walker added 21 points. Pacers have lost 10 times to 11 games and are now setting a 2-15 win-loss record this season.

Pacers are really slumped without their main star Tyrese Haliburton due to acadelles injuries. The injury was suffered by Tyrese when Pacers lost in the seventh game against Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA final last season.
