Kardus Warehouse In Ciracas Burnt By Fire, Firefighters Still Cooling

JAKARTA - A cardboard warehouse located on Jalan H. Marjuki, RT 05/01, Ciracas Village, East Jakarta, caught fire on Sunday, November 23, 2025, afternoon.

"The object caught fire in a cardboard box. The fire was localized at 13.10 WIB," said Head of the East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept., Abdul Wahid when confirmed.

The process of extinguishing the fire has been carried out since 12.32 WIB. A total of 9 fire engines were deployed to the location of the fire.

"45 firefighters were deployed to the location. Currently, cooling is still being carried out at the location of the fire," he said.

The process of extinguishing the fire continues to be focused on anticipating widespread crowds. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

"The cause of the fire cannot be ascertained," he said.

There were no casualties or injuries in the fire incident. Meanwhile, officers are still in the process of cooling the fire.
