Prabowo's Government Withdraws New Debt Of IDR 570.1 Trillion
JAKARTA - The government withdrew a new debt of IDR 570.1 trillion until October 2025. The realization is equivalent to 77.94 percent of the total debt withdrawal target of IDR 731.5 trillion in the 2025 semester report.
"We will finance the State Budget (State Revenue and Expenditure Budget) in 2025 by continuing to maintain the principles of prudence, flexibility and discipline within safe limits," said Deputy Minister of Finance Suahasil Nazara in a press conference at the KiTa State Budget. "We have also reported to the DPR during the semester report, and the government has received DPR approval to use a more budget balance (SAL) of IDR 85.6 trillion to reduce the issuance of SBN in 2025," he continued.
