2026 World Cup Qualification Drawing Playoff Schedule
JAKARTA - The draw for the playoff between the confederation and the European zone for the 2026 World Cup Qualification will be held by FIFA.
So far, 42 countries have confirmed their place in the 2026 World Cup, including three hosts, namely Canada, Mexico, and the United States. The remaining six tickets can be contested.
Of the six tickets that are still available, four of them belong to the European representatives through the European zone playoffs, the remaining two from the inter-confederation playoffs.
The European zone playoffs involved 16 teams, namely Italy, Denmark, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, Wales, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Albania, Ireland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Sweden, Romania, Ireland, and North Macedonia.

The six teams that will tackle each other in the inter-confederation playoffs are Jamaica and Suriname (Concacaf), Iraq (AFC), Congo (CAF), Bolivia (Conmebol), and New Caledonia (OFC).
Reporting from the official FIFA website, the drawing will take place at the FIFA office, Zurich, Switzerland, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, WIB night. This activity will start at 18.55 p.m. Swiss time or 23.55 p.m.
