Minister Of MSMEs Calls KUR Absorption To Productive Sector Capai 60 Percent

JAKARTA - Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Maman Abrurahman revealed that the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) in the production sector in 2025 has reached 60 percent of this year's target.

Maman said, the value of KUR distribution to the production sector increased from year to year since 2020 by 54 percent, in 2021 it decreased, then in 2022 and 2023 it was 56 percent, and in 2024 it was 57 percent.

"Alhamdulillah, throughout the history of the establishment of the KUR program, this is the first time we have achieved the target that has been targeted in the production sector, which is 60.7 percent. God willing, until December we will reach 61 percent," he said in a hearing meeting with Commission VII at the DPR RI building, Monday, November 17.

Maman said the increase in KUR distribution to the production sector was the result of the work between the Ministry of MSME team and stakeholders.

"So I have to say it like that, so I thank Commission 7 for carrying out extraordinary supervision. Now, of the total that we distributed this year, the number of debtors is 4 million," he said.

In addition, Maman said the realization of the total KUR distribution reached 83.2 percent, while the total target for this year's KUR distribution was IDR 238.7 trillion.

The new debtor target is IDR 2.34 million debtors and the debtor's target is IDR 1.17 million debtors.

Furthermore, Maman explained, debtors of graduates are debtors who have increased from super micro-enterprises to micro-enterprises.

Then, micro-enterprises become small businesses, and small businesses become medium-sized businesses.

"The distribution value is approximately Rp. 238 trillion or 83 percent. This means that we still have approximately 17 percent left to reach the target that has been assigned to us," he said.
