The Ministry Of Public Works Gets Additional Budget Of IDR 23 Trillion, Here Are The Details

JAKARTA - Minister of Public Works (PU) Dody Hanggodo revealed that his party received an additional ceiling allocation of IDR 23 trillion for the Fiscal Year (TA) 2025.

Dody said, thus the total ceiling of the Ministry of Public Works for the 2025 FY reached Rp109.81 trillion from the previous Rp86.6 trillion.

"As you know, the effective ceiling of the DIPA Ministry of Public Works that we have reported at the previous Working Meeting in September is IDR 86.6 trillion, then the ceiling has increased the effective ceiling to IDR 23 trillion, bringing the total to IDR 109.81 trillion," said Dody at a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission V DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, November 17.

He explained that the addition came from opening the efficiency block and also ratifying the capital expenditure of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) for the implementation of land acquisition for a number of PU Ministry projects.

The details of the effective ceiling are allocated for one of them, the funding for the 3rd phase of regional irrigation carried out through Presidential Instruction Number 2 of 2025 amounting to IDR 3.1 trillion.

Then, the construction of the 2nd phase of the People's School (SR) through Presidential Instruction 8 of 2025 amounted to IDR 5.99 trillion and regional road construction funding through Presidential Instruction No.11/2025 amounted to IDR 4.5 trillion.

"For the food, energy and national water self-sufficiency area which is focused on 2025 in South Papua through Presidential Instruction No. 14/2025 with a total allocation of IDR 2.72 trillion, consisting of IDR 620 billion for the Directorate General of Water Resources and IDR 2.1 trillion at the Directorate General of Highways," he said.

Adapun beberapa program kerja prioritas yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian PU pada 2026, di antaranya pembangunan 15.851 hektare (ha) jaringan irigasi, rehabilitasi 197.430 ha jaringan irigasi dan penyediaan 500 liter per detik air baku.

Berikutnya, mendukung pembangunan 191 kilometer (km) jalan baru, pembangunan 28,19 km jalan tol, preservasi rutin 46.451 km jalan dan 531.969 meter jembatan, pembangunan dan preservasi 36,65 km jalan daerah serta pembangunan dan peningkatan SPAM 918 liter per detik.

Tak hanya itu, anggaran tersebut juga akan digunakan untuk pengembangan fasilitas pengelolaan air limbah 115.750 KK, pengembangan kawasan strategis 150 Ha, PHTC 1.000 madrasah, pembangunan 200 unit Sekolah Rakyat dan lain sebagainya.

Next, support the construction of 191 kilometers (km) of new roads, construction of 28.19 km of toll roads, routine preservation of 46,451 km of roads and 531,969 meters of bridges, construction and preservation of 36.65 km of regional roads as well as construction and improvement of SPAM 918 liters per second.

Not only that, the budget will also be used to develop wastewater management facilities of 115,750 families, develop strategic areas 150 ha, PHTC 1,000 madrasas, build 200 units of People's Schools and so on.
