Bank Mandiri Reports Fee Based Income Capai Results Of IDR 5.48 Trillion

Bank Mandiri reported that until September 2025 commission-based income from digital services only reached IDR 5.48 trillion, an increase of 13.3 percent year on year (yoy) compared to the same period the previous year of IDR 4.84 trillion.

The increase was supported through the optimization of Livin' by Mandiri, Livin' Merchant, and Kopra by Mandiri, this bank codenamed BMRI shares presents digital banking services that are inclusive, efficient, and sustainable.

Bank Mandiri's Corporate Secretary, M. Ashidiq Iswara, explained that this significant increase is the result of a synergy between digital innovation and strategies to strengthen a financial ecosystem that is oriented towards the ease and sustainability of customer services.

This digital revenue growth reflects public confidence in Bank Mandiri's digital services. Through Livin', Kopra, and Livin' Merchant, we not only provide easy transactions, but also create added value for customers, business actors, and accelerate the inclusiveness of the national economy," said Ashidiq in his statement, Friday, November 14.

Livin' by Mandiri, which is present to meet the needs of retail customers, has been used by more than 34.5 million users, an increase of 26.5 percent yoy with a frequency of 4.54 billion transactions increasing by 27.9 percent until September 2025.

In the same position, the value of Livin' by Mandiri transactions reached IDR 4,257 trillion, growing 10.4 percent compared to the same period last year.

The presence of Livin also accelerated the acquisition of new customers, where more than 91 percent of account openings are now carried out digitally through this application.

He added that not only targeting retail customers, but Bank Mandiri also expanded support for business actors through Livin' Merchant, which has now been used by around 3 million merchants, growing 35 percent (yoy).

Ashidiq said that this platform helps MSMEs manage transactions in real-time, improve operational efficiency, and expand market access through an integrated digital ecosystem.

"We present Livin' Merchant as a digital solution that strengthens the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises. With an integrated payment system and transaction records, we want to ensure MSMEs can grow productively and sustainably," he added.

He added, in the corporate and business segments, Kopra by Mandiri continues to strengthen its position as the main driver of the national business digital ecosystem.

As of September 2025, the transaction value of Kopra reached IDR 25,980 trillion, an increase of 21.5 percent (yoy), with a transaction volume of 1.45 billion, an increase of 18.7 percent (yoy).

According to him, through the use of the digital ecosystem, the corporate balance of bank only increased to IDR 564.5 trillion, reflecting the business world's trust in Bank Mandiri's digital innovation.

Dari jumlah tersebut, kata Ashidiq, komposisi dana murah (CASA) tetap dominan sebesar 73,1 persen, menandakan efektivitas digitalisasi dalam menjaga efisiensi biaya dana dan memperkuat likuiditas.

“Digitalisasi bukan lagi sekadar pendukung, melainkan menjadi inti dari strategi pertumbuhan Bank Mandiri. Kami berkomitmen menghadirkan layanan komprehensif bagi nasabah, memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan, serta menjadi bagian dari sinergi besar untuk mewujudkan Asta Cita Pemerintah dalam membangun ekonomi inklusif dan berdaya saing,” tutup Ashidiq.

He added that consistent digital transformation also encourages the growth of Bank Mandiri's only Third Party Funds (DPK) which reached Rp1,487 trillion, up 12.3 percent (yoy) until the end of the third quarter of 2025.

Of this amount, said Ashidiq, the composition of low-cost funds (CASA) remains dominant at 73.1 percent, signaling the effectiveness of digitalization in maintaining cost efficiency and strengthening liquidity.
