More Integrated Supervision, Itjen Kemenimipas Mendorong Implementasi Model Tiga Lini

JAKARTA The Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Immigration and Corrections (Itjen Kemenmipas) held a Supervision Coordination Meeting at the Grand Mercure Kemayoran Ballroom, Wednesday (12/11/2025). This annual agenda confirms Itjen's commitment to optimizing synergies between work units through the application of the Three Lines Model (Three Lines Model) as a new framework for internal supervision and governance.

The Inspector General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs, Yan Sultra I, emphasized that the Tiga Lini Model is a strategic step to strengthen the effectiveness of supervision and increase integration between organizational elements.

"This coordination meeting is a momentum to equalize perceptions, strengthen internal control, and foster an integrity culture in all organizational lines," he said.

Yan Sultra also emphasized the need for cross-line collaboration and the use of information technology so that supervision within the Ministry of Maritime Affairs is more modern, fast, and accurate.

Secretary of the Inspectorate General, Ika Yusanti, added that the success of supervision is not only determined by systems and regulations, but also the commitment of all organizational elements.

"Integritas is not built through formality, but through a culture that lives in every person of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs. Prevention and early detection are the keys to maintaining public trust," he stressed.

Regulations And Transformations Towards Combined Assurance

On the basis of its implementation, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs has determined the Decree of the Minister Number M.IP-27.OT.01.01 and Guidelines of the Minister Number MIP-OT.02.02-20 of 2025. This regulation is the basis for the transformation of supervision towards a combined assurance system which aims to eliminate the duplication of supervision, clarify accountability, and provide a comprehensive picture of the effectiveness of organizational control.

This activity also presents speakers from BKN, Ministry of Finance, BPKP, PPATK, and PT Bengkel Web Indonesia. Various practices related to risk management and internal control are presented, including the development of risk management applications that will strengthen data-based supervision within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Through the application of the Three Line Model, the Inspector General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs emphasized his commitment to strengthen supervision synergies as part of accountable, adaptive, and integrity governance. Supervision is now not only a means of control, but also a strategic partner in encouraging sustainable improvements in every work unit.
