Bahlil Reports The Realization Of The New ESDM Sector PNBP 78.74 Percent

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia reported, until November 10, 2025, the realization of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the ESDM sector had only reached 78.74 percent or Rp200.66 trillion.

Just so you know, this year the government is targeting net revenue from the ESDM sector of IDR 254.83 trillion.

"Alhamdulillah, from the APBN target, we can realize 78.74 percent of the PNBP target," Bahlil said in a Working Meeting with Commission XII of the DPR RI, Tuesday, November 11.

Bahlil said he was optimistic that this target could be achieved until December 31, 2025, although the prices of oil and coal and other minerals continued to weaken.

"God willing, the PNBP target can be achieved until December 31. Hopefully it can be more. Even though we know that commodity prices are now falling. The assumption that oil prices in our APBN have decreased, then the price of coal/other mineral commodities has decreased," explained Bahlil.

Nevertheless, he emphasized, if the decline in mineral and coal commodity prices could not be an excuse to reduce state revenue.

Moreover, he continued, there are still many work programs that require large financing, including projects in the ESDM sector.

"Therefore, we are still setting the target of the state budget in receiving Pnbp, God willing, we can achieve the target," said Bahlil.
