Bound Body Found On Jagorawi Toll Road, Police Search Identity And Motive

BOGOR - An unidentified man's body was found dead tied on the edge of the Jagorawi Km 30 Toll Road, Leuwinutug Village, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency, Monday, November 10 night. The police are currently investigating the identity of the victim and the alleged motive behind the incident.

Citeureup Police Chief Kompol Eddy Santoso said his party immediately processed the crime scene (TKP) as soon as they received the report from residents. "Currently we are investigating the identity of the victim and the alleged motive. It is suspected that the victim was a criminal act," said Eddy, Tuesday, November 11.

The discovery of the body of the man, who is estimated to be around 45 years old, shocked local residents. The victim was found supine with duct tape wrapped in his hand. When found, the victim was wearing black pants and T-shirts.

Eddy added that the victim's body had been evacuated to Kramat Jati Hospital for an autopsy. "Currently, the evacuation is at Kramat Jati Hospital for an autopsy," he said.

He emphasized that his party could not speculate about the cause of death of the victim. "The provisional assumption is still waiting for the results of the examination. We are currently focusing on identifying the victim," said Eddy.
