Ministry Of Trade Records Business Matching MSME Transactions Reaches IDR 2.17 Trillion Until October 2025
JAKARTA - The MSMEs Dare to Innovation Program, Ready for Export Adaptation (MSMEs Can Export) initiated by the Ministry of Trade managed to record significant transactions from January to October 2025. The total value of business matching transactions reached 130.17 million US dollars or equivalent to Rp2.17 trillion.
The total transaction value consists of a purchase order (PO) of 56.99 million US dollars and a potential transaction of 73.18 million US dollars.
Minister of Trade Budi Santoso (Mendag Busan) appreciated this achievement. According to him, the ever-increasing transaction value shows the consistency of foreign buyers' interest in Indonesian MSME products.
"From January to October 2025, MSME business matching transactions in the MSME program can be exported have reached 130.17 million US dollars. This value illustrates the consistency of buyers' interest in Indonesian products. This transaction value also reflects the ability of our local MSME products to penetrate the export market," Budi said in an official statement, Monday, November 10.
Throughout this period, the Ministry of Trade has facilitated 542 business matching activities, consisting of 348 product curation sessions (pitching) by representatives of Indonesian trade abroad, as well as 194 direct meetings between MSME players and foreign buyers.

Specifically in October 2025, the value of business matching transactions reached 21.35 million US dollars, consisting of PO worth 1.03 million US dollars and a potential transaction of 20.32 million US dollars. A total of 34 MSMEs participated in the business matching session online, while 26 other MSMEs participated face-to-face at the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) 2025 event at ICE BSD City, Tangerang, Banten.
During October 2025, the business matching session has brought together MSMEs with 34 buyers from 21 countries, both online and face-to-face. The most popular sectors include fashion, crafts, furniture, coffee, pepper, ginger, and frozen marine boga, "explained Budi.
Meanwhile, a number of MSME coaches have participated in MSMEs to export the October 2025 period. These coaches, namely Pertamina; Bank Negara Indonesia; Indonesian Trade Companies; Industry and trade services from the Provinces of Jakarta, West Java, East Java, Bangka Belitung, Cirebon; Creative Economy Agency; Jakarta Muslim Fashion Week; and Export Center.
