Nubia Prepares Snapdragon 8 Elite Gaming Phones, Ready To Challenge Redmi K90 And OnePlus Ace 6

Jakarta Nubia doesn't seem satisfied with the recently introduced launch of the Red Magic 11 Pro and Z80 Ultra series. Towards the end of 2025, the brand under the auspices of ZTE is reportedly preparing another flagship phone with extreme performance for gamers. A mysterious device with model number Nubia P0110 has appeared on various certification platforms, including Geekbench, 3C, and CMIT in China.

From Geekbench data, Nubia P0110 is recorded as using the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, although the processor name is not directly mentioned. CPU and GPU details on the database are sufficient to ensure that this device carries Qualcomm's strongest gaming chipset at the moment. The phone is also equipped with 16GB RAM and runs Android 16. In Geekbench testing, P0110 recorded a score of 2,673 points for single-core and 7,596 points for the multi-core number that places it in the true flagship class.

3C certification shows that Nubia P0110 will be equipped with 94.5W fast charging, promising super-fast charging. Meanwhile, certification from China's MIIT has not disclosed additional details, but has ensured that this device is ready to circulate in the domestic market.

Interestingly, a source from a technology blogger said that Nubia P0110 is a new gaming phone outside the Red Magic line, and is designed to challenge other Snapdragon 8 Elite-based flagship gaming ranks such as Redmi K90, iQOO Neo 11, Realme GT 8, and OnePlus Ace 6.

In an earlier statement last October, Zhang Lei, Vice President of ZTE as well as General Manager of flagship products Nubia, revealed that this latest cellphone will adopt anti-lau glass technology and an anti-gores layer similar to that of OnePlus 15. Its surface is claimed to be easy to clean with only one swab, and remains comfortable to use without additional casings.

But Zhang insists that the body design is just the tip of the iceberg. Nubia's main focus, he said, is to provide a premium gaming experience through optimizing software and hardware. This phone is claimed to provide agar performance at a more friendly price than its competitors.

If according to the leak, Nubia P0110 is scheduled to officially launch in December 2025, and will strengthen Nubia's position as one of the most serious players in the high-end gaming phone segment.

The gaming smartphone world seems to be getting hotter by the end of this year and Nubia is ready to become a new challenger to shake up the arena.
