Prabowo Receives Explosion Report At SMAN 72
Deputy Chief of Police, Komjen Dedi Prasetyo, said that the explosion incident at SMAN 72 Jakarta had been reported to President Prabowo Subianto.

Komjen Dedi explained that the crime scene (TKP) was included in the other stages of investigation carried out by the Polda Metro Jaya together with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters.
"It is being investigated first, the results will be conveyed later. As soon as possible, it will be handled," said Dedi Prasetyo.
The explosion occurred inside the SMAN 72 building in Jakarta, which is located in the Indonesian Navy Housing Complex in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta. The incident occurred on Friday at 12.15 WIB.
The latest information received was that eight people were injured and immediately rushed to the Health Center of the Housing Complex of the Head of Gading TNI AL, then referred to the Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital and Yarsi Hospital Jakarta.
Head of the Indonesian Navy Information Service, First Admiral (Laksma) TNI Tunggul, told reporters in Jakarta on Friday that the investigation was still ongoing so that the Indonesian Navy could not provide detailed information regarding the cause of the explosion.
"The Indonesian Navy and the National Police are still in the process of investigating the chronology/cause of the explosion and the number of victims. Regarding the data and further development information, it will be submitted if there is valid data," said Laksma Tunggul.

Meanwhile, Coordinating Minister for Political and Security Affairs (Menko Polkam) Djamari Chaniago stated that no conclusions have been made by the authorities, including regarding indications of the connection between the explosion and the terrorist group's actions.
"Yes, it is being investigated, then we will see the place there, then there are some who are injured, we are looking for what the cause is. (Regarding the motive) we do not know, at all we do not know," Djamari said in response to reporters' questions when met at the Palace.
