Honda AirBlade 160 Recently Launched For IDR 37 Million, Take A Peek At The Changes

JAKARTA Honda officially launched the 2026 AirBlade 160 model in Vietnam with a number of updates that emphasize the sporty and elegant character. This automatic scooter comes with a new design that is sharper and more modern, marking a significant refresher in the AirBlade line.

This latest model carries a light front with a double layer' concept with a Crystal Light' dual LED projector. At the bottom there is a day light (DRL), while the sein light is placed on it, giving it a more aggressive and futuristic look.

In terms of structure, AirBlade 160 2026 now uses a backbone frame that resembles scooters. Major changes are also seen in the back suspension section which now uses two shockbreakers, providing better comfort than the previous generation. However, the rear brakes still use a plate model, not a disk.

Reporting from Greatbikers, Friday, November 7, this motorbike is equipped with a 1 cylinder 4 engine with a liquid-cooled eSP+ valve with a capacity of 160 cc, similar to the engine used on other 160 cc Honda scooters. Its maximum power reaches 11.2 kW at 8,000 rpm with a peak torque of 14.8 Nm at 6,000 rpm, slightly higher than the Honda Click 160 model which has a torque of 13.8 Nm.

In terms of weight, AirBlade 160 2026 was recorded at only 113 kilograms, or about 4 kilograms lighter than Click 160 in the framework of eSAF. The fuel tank capacity is 4.4 liters, while the front and rear wheels use a size of 14 inches with tires measuring 90/80 in front and 100/80 behind.

For the feature, Honda provides this latest AirBlade 160 with a Smart Key system, a USB port under the seat, a 23 liter storage space that can accommodate full-face helmets, and a digital LCD instrument panel. The highest variant is equipped with an ABS brake system on the front wheel as well as a combination of more sporting colors and graphics.

Honda Vietnam markets the 160 2026 AirBlade at a price of around 58.9 million, Vietnam, which if converted to rupiah is equivalent to around Rp. 37.3 million. With design updates, increased performance, and increasingly modern features, the Honda AirBlade 160 2026 is positioned as an automatic 160 cc scooter that is tough for daily use while still in style in urban areas.
