Corruption Ajang Lombok Sumbawa Motocross 2023, NTB Prosecutor's Office Throws It At APIP Regarding Investigation
The West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) High Prosecutor's Office (Kajati) stated that the handling of alleged corruption cases that emerged in the implementation of the 2023 Motocross Lombok-Sumbawa has the potential to be completed at the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) level.
Assistant for Special Crimes at the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Muh. Zulkifli Said explained, APIP, in this case, is the NTB Inspectorate.
"So, we have received a report on the return on the findings of the inspectorate as APIP. If the total return is full, it depends on the Inspectorate (stop the case)," he said in Mataram, Wednesday, which was confiscated by Antara.
On the other hand, if within the time limit according to the rules for recovering losses at the APIP level has not been completed, Aspidsus emphasized that the legal process will continue at the NTB Prosecutor's Office.
"So, the potential solution is at APIP, in this case the inspectorate," he said.
